Shipping Fulfillment
We strive to ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address for faster service. In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments to ensure timely delivery of all items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and local shipping conditions.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees, unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Returns & Shipping Responsibility
- We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, iPaatti will provide a prepaid return label.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow your package in real time.
