At iPaatti, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That’s why we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery for all eligible regions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

Please contact us at support@ipaatti.com to start a return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How Returns Work?

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Personal care and safety goods (e.g. masks, gloves)
  • One-time use or hygiene-related products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or products marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards (non-refundable, expire one year from purchase)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Country-Specific Compliance

This policy is designed in compliance with:

  • United States: Consumer protection laws, including California's 30-day requirement when no policy is posted and New York's disclosure rules.
  • India: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
  • Malaysia: Consumer Protection Act, 1999.
  • Singapore: Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
  • Canada: Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and provincial e-commerce laws.
  • Australia: Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
